Ingredients

• Fresh Mint Leaves — 5 g
• Lime Wedge — 50 g
• Passion Fruit Syrup — 50 ml
• Fresh Passion Fruit — 1 pcs
• Sprite / Sparkling Water — 150 ml
• Mint Sprig — 3 g

Preparation

1. Add 4 lime wedges and 5 g mint leaves into the glass.
2. Add 40 ml passion fruit syrup and 50 g fresh passion fruit.
3. Muddle gently.
4. Fill halfway with crushed ice; mix with bar spoon.
5. Add 150 ml sprite/sparkling water and mix again.
6. Garnish with passion fruit wedge and mint sprig.
