Preparation

1. Wet the filter paper and V60 server with hot water.
2. Place V60 on scale; add 18 g of coffee.
3. Wet all coffee within 10 sec using 50 ml hot water.
4. Wait 30 sec for bloom.
5. Pour to 220 ml; wait 30 sec.
6. Add 80 ml more to reach 300 ml total.
