Preparation

1. Add 4 lime wedges into the glass.
2. Add 5 g mint leaves and 40 ml strawberry syrup.
3. Add 50 g fresh strawberry.
4. Muddle gently.
5. Fill halfway with crushed ice; mix with bar spoon.
6. Add 150 ml sprite/sparkling water and mix again.
7. Garnish with lime, mint, and 3 heart-shaped strawberry slices.
