Custom Cakes

Custom celebration cakes in Makkah

Some moments deserve a cake designed around them. Maison Tuileries creates made-to-order celebration cakes in Makkah, combining French pastry technique, refined finishes and the details that make your occasion personal.

For engagements, family gatherings, private celebrations or a cake created simply because the moment matters, tell our team what you have in mind. We will guide you toward a format, flavour and finish that can be produced beautifully and served at its best.

Preparation time

Custom cakes require preparation time. Your earliest available pickup time is calculated automatically when you order, and shown to you at checkout before you confirm.

Need it sooner than that? Call us. An earlier pickup may be possible depending on the design, size, ingredients and current production capacity. It is accepted only after explicit confirmation from the Maison Tuileries team.

Choose your cake

Available celebration-cake designs and serving-size options are shown in the online catalogue whenever they are open for ordering.

Depending on the selected cake, customisation may include:

• cake size / number of servings;
• inscription or short message;
• decoration or colour direction;
• available flavour options;
• occasion-specific presentation;
• other details agreed directly with the team.

Pricing

Online prices are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include applicable VAT. More elaborate decoration, non-standard sizes or bespoke work may require an additional price agreed with you before the request is accepted.

Urgent orders

For a pickup time earlier than the one calculated for you at checkout:

1. Call +966 58 239 5059.
2. Tell us your required pickup time, approximate number of servings and the design or occasion.
3. Our team checks production capacity, ingredients and what can be completed to the Maison Tuileries standard.
4. The urgent request becomes valid only once Maison Tuileries explicitly confirms it.

Sending a message alone does not guarantee that an urgent custom cake can be produced.

Changes and cancellations

Please request changes as early as possible. Once ingredients have been allocated or production/personalisation has started, some changes may no longer be possible.

Because custom cakes can be made to your specifications, change-of-mind cancellation or refund rights may be restricted after personalised production starts, subject to applicable Saudi law.

See the Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy for details.

Allergens and dietary requirements

Verified ingredients and allergen information are shown on the relevant product page where available. If you have a serious allergy, intolerance or special dietary requirement, contact our team before ordering so we can explain what can and cannot be accommodated.

Maison Tuileries does not describe a product as "allergen-free" unless the recipe, kitchen process and cross-contact controls genuinely support that claim.
