How it works

1. Browse the Maison Tuileries online catalogue.
2. Add available products to your cart.
3. Proceed to checkout and enter your contact details.
4. Choose your requested pickup time.
5. Review the order, total and applicable policies.
6. If you are not already authenticated, verify your email with the six-digit code we send you.
7. Confirm the order.
8. Maison Tuileries may call you to confirm practical details.
9. We prepare the order.
10. Collect and pay at the Maison Tuileries store.

Requested pickup time

The time selected on the website is the customer's requested pickup time. Maison Tuileries may call after the order is placed. If the customer and staff agree on a different operational time by telephone, that agreed time applies even if the website order record continues to display the original requested time.

Payment

The payment methods available for an order are presented to you before confirmation. Depending on the ordering channel, payment may be made at collection or through an authorised payment service or partner.

All consumer-facing website prices are intended to be in SAR and inclusive of applicable VAT.

Availability

An item may be visible in the catalogue but not available for online ordering. Online ordering is permitted only for products currently marked orderable and available.

Changes and cancellation

Call +966 58 239 5059 as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Fresh-food preparation may begin before pickup, so changes cannot always be guaranteed.

Late collection and no-shows

If you expect to be late, please call us. Because many items are fresh and quality-sensitive, we cannot guarantee product quality after an extended delay beyond the agreed pickup time.

Food safety and storage after collection

Once the order has been collected, the customer is responsible for following any storage/handling instructions provided with the product and for avoiding unreasonable delays before refrigeration where refrigeration is required.

If you have an allergy or food-safety concern, contact us before ordering or collection.

Delivery

Delivery may be available directly through Maison Tuileries or through approved delivery partners and platforms, depending on the delivery area, order type and ordering channel. Availability, fees and estimated delivery conditions are shown or communicated before confirmation where applicable.
