Registration

A masterclass registration applies only to the session identified on the registration page and is subject to the published capacity and registration closing time.

Maison Tuileries currently allows only one public masterclass session to be open for registration at a time. The number of seats selected by the customer cannot exceed the seats remaining at the time the registration is finally created.

Information collected

To administer the registration, Maison Tuileries collects the participant's first name, last name, email, phone number and number of seats. This information is necessary to manage the registration, payment confirmation, session communications and any operational changes.

We use these details only as needed to administer your masterclass registration, manage payment status and contact you about the session. See our Privacy Policy.

Registration confirmation and payment

Registration data may be recorded before payment is confirmed. The applicable payment method and payment deadline are communicated during or after registration. Where bank transfer is required, the payment instructions are provided after registration.

The customer should follow the payment deadline/status instructions shown in the registration confirmation. Maison Tuileries marks the payment as received only after reconciliation/verification.

Cancellation by participant

• Cancellation 48 hours or more before the scheduled session start: 100% refund.
• Cancellation less than 48 hours before the scheduled session start: 50% refund; Maison Tuileries retains 50%.

The cancellation time is calculated using Saudi Arabia time (Asia/Riyadh).

Cancellation/rescheduling by Maison Tuileries

If Maison Tuileries cancels the session and does not deliver an equivalent replacement, the amount paid will be refunded as required by law.

If the session is rescheduled, participants will be contacted. If the replacement date is not reasonably suitable, Maison Tuileries should offer a transfer to an agreed session or a full refund, subject to applicable law.

Refund administration

Approved refunds are normally processed by bank transfer.

Health, allergens and safety

Participants should inform Maison Tuileries before the session of any serious food allergy, intolerance, medical condition or other relevant safety issue.

Masterclasses may take place in environments where common allergens are used. Unless explicitly confirmed otherwise for a specific session, participation should not be understood as a guarantee of an allergen-free environment.

Participants must follow reasonable hygiene, equipment and safety instructions given by the chef/team during the session.

Applicable law

These terms are subject to the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
