Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 31 August 2026
1. About these Terms
These Terms govern your use of maison-tuileries.com and the customer services offered through it, including Click & Collect orders, customer-account access and Maison Tuileries masterclass registrations.
The website is operated by Maison Tuileries Company, at Building 2194, Ibrahim Al Jaffali Street, Al Awali District, Makkah 24372, Saudi Arabia.
By placing an order or registering for a paid service, you agree to the Terms and policies presented to you before final confirmation. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights granted by Saudi law.
2. Website information
We aim to keep product descriptions, prices, availability, ingredients, allergen information, photographs and other content accurate and up to date. Maison Tuileries products are handcrafted, so minor natural differences in shape, decoration, colour or presentation may occur and do not necessarily mean that a product is defective.
Product photographs are illustrative and may show natural presentation differences. If what you receive differs materially from the essential product ordered, please contact us promptly.
3. Currency, prices and VAT
All consumer prices published on the website are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are intended to be inclusive of applicable VAT.
If a price displayed during your shopping journey changes before the final order is created, the website must show the updated price/total and require you to review and confirm the updated amount. Maison Tuileries will not knowingly create an order at a different total without giving you the opportunity to review it.
4. Product availability
Displaying a product on the website does not guarantee that it will remain available until final confirmation. Product availability, online-ordering eligibility and current pricing are checked again before an order is created.
If an item becomes unavailable, the order will not be created with that unavailable item and you will be informed so that you can adjust the cart.
5. Click & Collect ordering
Our standard online-ordering service is Click & Collect from the Maison Tuileries store in Makkah.
Pickup location:
Building 2194, Ibrahim Al Jaffali Street, Al Awali District, Makkah 24372, Saudi Arabia.
Opening hours: Sunday–Thursday: 06:00–02:00; Friday: 14:00–02:00; Saturday: 06:00–02:00.
The customer selects a requested pickup time. A Maison Tuileries team member may call the customer after order submission to confirm operational details. Any change agreed by telephone is treated as the operational agreement for that order, even if the website continues to show the originally requested pickup time.
6. Customer details and email verification
You may enter checkout without first creating an account. Before a new unauthenticated customer's order is finally confirmed, we verify the email address using a one-time six-digit code.
Successful first-time verification creates/reuses the Maison Tuileries customer identity associated with that verified email so that the customer can later sign in and access order history. We do not require a password.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and for maintaining access to the email account used for verification.
7. Order review and contractual acceptance
Before final confirmation, the checkout presents the items, quantities, variants, prices, total, pickup information, payment method and relevant policies. You must actively accept the applicable Terms and Click & Collect / Cancellation policy before the order can be created.
The system records the date/time, language and policy version accepted with the order for audit purposes.
8. Order confirmation
An order is created only after successful validation and, where required, email verification. The confirmation page displays an order reference and summary.
A website confirmation means that Maison Tuileries has received the order. Because the store calls the customer to confirm practical pickup details, Maison Tuileries may contact you if clarification, substitution or operational discussion is necessary.
9. Payment for ordinary Click & Collect orders
The payment methods available for an order are presented to you before confirmation. Depending on the ordering channel, payment may be made at collection or through an authorised payment service or partner.
A receipt or tax invoice is issued in accordance with applicable Saudi tax requirements.
10. Order changes, cancellations and refunds
The detailed rules are set out in our Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy and Click & Collect Policy, which form part of these Terms.
For ordinary Click & Collect orders, customers should contact Maison Tuileries by phone as early as possible before collection if they want to request a change or cancellation. Acceptance may depend on whether fresh-food preparation has already started.
No business policy in these Terms removes mandatory rights relating to defective, unsafe, incorrect or materially non-conforming goods.
11. Custom and celebration cakes
Custom/celebration cakes require preparation time. Your earliest available pickup time is calculated automatically when you order, and shown to you at checkout before you confirm.
If you need a custom cake earlier than that calculated time, contact Maison Tuileries on +966 58 239 5059. An urgent request is accepted only after explicit confirmation by the team and may be declined depending on capacity, ingredients, design and production constraints.
Because a custom cake may be made to your specifications, changes or cancellation may become impossible after production or personalisation has started. The detailed rule is in the Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy.
12. Masterclasses
Masterclass registration is subject to the session capacity, the published registration cutoff and the Masterclass Terms.
Payment is by bank transfer using the banking instructions supplied after registration. A registration may be recorded before payment, but the operational status of the seat/payment must follow the status shown or communicated by Maison Tuileries.
Customer cancellation rules:
- cancellation 48 hours or more before the scheduled start: 100% refund;
- cancellation less than 48 hours before the scheduled start: 50% refund, with 50% retained.
Additional rules regarding no-shows or transfers are stated in the Masterclass Terms.
13. Ingredients, allergens and nutrition
Product pages may display ingredients and the relevant SFDA-recognised allergen information available for that product.
If you have a serious food allergy, intolerance or medical dietary concern, contact Maison Tuileries before ordering so the team can explain the information available about ingredients and preparation. Unless explicitly confirmed for a specific product/process, do not assume that a shared food-preparation environment is free from cross-contact risk.
Calories and other regulated nutrition/menu data must be based on verified recipes, ingredient specifications, approved calculations or other reliable sources. Maison Tuileries will not fabricate calorie, caffeine, salt or activity values.
14. Delays and force majeure
We aim to prepare orders and deliver services at the agreed time. Delays can occur due to operational events, ingredient availability, equipment failures, exceptional demand, force majeure or events beyond reasonable control.
Where applicable Saudi consumer law gives the customer a right to cancel due to legally relevant delay, those mandatory rights apply regardless of these Terms.
15. Complaints and product issues
If an order is incorrect, incomplete, defective, unsafe or materially different from what was agreed, contact Maison Tuileries promptly:
Phone: +966 58 239 5059
Email: info@maison-tuileries.com
Please provide the order reference and enough information for us to investigate. Photographs may be requested where relevant to a product-quality issue.
16. Responsible use of the website
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders or use the service for unlawful purposes.
We may restrict access or cancel fraudulent/abusive activity where reasonably necessary and permitted by law.
17. Intellectual property
The Maison Tuileries brand, photographs, product content, recipes, creative assets and website materials may not be commercially copied or reused without permission except where law permits.
18. Limitation and mandatory rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under Saudi law.
To the extent permitted by law, Maison Tuileries is not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable from the relevant transaction, or for failure caused solely by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
19. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Maison Tuileries Privacy Policy.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for future transactions. The version accepted by the customer at checkout is recorded with the order. Changes do not retroactively replace the version accepted for an already-created order except where required by law.
21. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute will be handled through the competent channels and authorities in accordance with applicable Saudi law.
In the event of a discrepancy between the Arabic and English versions, the Arabic version shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.
