Two pantry staples that were always meant to meet: rich Sukkari date paste, worked into a cream with tahini and finished with a pinch of sea salt to sharpen every note. It is caramel-like without being sweetened up — the dates and tahini already carry all the depth this filling needs.
A nod to flavours everyone here grew up on, held inside a crisp almond shell. This one tends to win over guests who didn't expect to love a macaron.
