Plump Medjool dates, split and filled with hazelnut praline, then dipped in dark chocolate and finished with pistachio or a whisper of edible gold leaf. It's the oldest gesture of hospitality in the Kingdom, reimagined with a little French finesse.

Offer them to guests as they arrive, box a few for an Eid visit, or set a plate out at coffee time — some things are simply better shared.
